Tennis Fitness On Vacation
Max Tennis Fitness has been on vacation. Before the vacation, I fell on my bicycle and broke my collar-bone so that is why I haven’t been able to put up any new tennis fitness exercises to maxtennisfitness.com. However, I’m starting to being able to do some strength training again, and to play some tennis. It feels so good being able to train again without any pain.
I have set up some new goals for maxtennisfitness.com and I think you will like them.
Have you had any vacation from tennis or from your tennis fitness? Is it a good idea to have some weeks off from training? Have you set some tennis and tennis fitness goals for the year?
Max Tennis Fitness Goals For This Fall
- Put up at least one new tennis fitness article each week.
- I will also start to shoot some fitness testing exercises and explain to you the importance of having a testing program.
- Every new member will get a free coaching call on Skype for 30 minutes, worth $35.
- My main goal is being the leading tennis fitness community for every tennis player, tennis coach and tennis parent.
Importance of Tennis Fitness Vacation
Every tennis player, and tennis coach should have at least 2 weeks off from tennis and tennis fitness training each year. You should schedule your vacation when you are not in season. Usually this is around Christmas time. I believe the summer time is the most important period for a tennis player. Since you are free from school during the summer, you will be able to play tennis and do fitness training for how much you want. In other words, I believe it’s a bad time to take a vacation during the summer.
When you are taking free from training, that doesn’t mean that you should just lie on the couch, but you should have active rest. Active rest means that you should do some kind off fun activity that you like to do. For example, shooting some hoops with your friends, play baseball, or hit some golf balls. Do some fun activities with your friends and family.
When you take some time off with your training, you will load your batteries and become more eager to reach your goals. Your body and mind needs some rest from heavy training. This is also a perfect time to evaluate your season and to set new goals.
