Serve Throw – Medicine Ball
The serve throw, or overhead throw, is a perfect medicine ball exercise if you want to increase the power on your serve. When doing this exercise you will strengthening your upper body and core muscles. You will also practice on your service motion and tennis serve technique. When you train for adding more power on your serve, this medicine ball exercise should definitely be in your tennis fitness program.
