Lateral figure 8

Lateral figure 8 drill is another shuffle or side step drill. This is an excellent shuffle drill for tennis players who wants to practice their movement, agility, and footwork. You can use the lateral figure 8 drill in your physical training program or in your warm up program.

At the age of 10, you can start to use the lateral figure 8 exercise.
