Tennis Elbow Stretch

The tennis elbow stretch is a perfect tennis flexibility exercise for your wrist extensors. This stretch is sometimes also called for forearm extensor stretch. This exercise is often used if you have tennis elbow that is also known as lateral epicondylitis. You should do this stretch before and after every tennis practice.
